“I keep my eyes open when I visit other jewelry stores,” says Gayle Chinn, owner of Chinn’s Jewelry in downtown Royal Oak. “When we were out in Vegas for the gem show, I noticed that everyone who was scooping up the top layer stuff (such as Rolex) also was taking home Swiss Watch products. “We looked into it and decided we just simply had to have them. Not only are they attractive, but it’s an authentic Swiss time piece at a very, very reasonable price. All of their watches are water resistant to some degree, depending on the watch. And they aren’t out of reach of the average customer at all," Gayle says. "Even the Swiss Army dress watches, which look incredibly glamorous, cost hundreds less than you probably think they do. They’re all built to take a tumble and still keep time to the second. Come on in and look at our display – they’re very hard to resist.” |
